In vivo | Alzheimer氏病(AD)模型组显示出空间学习和记忆能力受损。CDS和多奈哌齐的给药显著改善了β-Amyloid (25-35)引起的记忆障碍,在Morris水迷宫(P<0.05)和被动避让任务(P<0.01)中与AD模型组相比有显著差异[3]。将β-Amyloid (25-35)通过脑室内注射给大鼠,随后每天给予丹参(CDS)一次,持续23天。采用Morris水迷宫和被动避让任务监测大鼠的行为。通过实时PCR和Western blotting技术检测海马中的淀粉前体蛋白(APP)、β-淀粉样蛋白前体裂解酶-1(BACE1)、前蛋白酶体-1(PS1)、胰岛素降解酶(IDE)和内肽酶(NEP)的表达。 |
