Description BChE-IN-16 (compound 87) is a potent inhibitor of human butyrylcholinesterase (hBChE) exhibiting an inhibition concentration half-maximum (IC50) of 3.8 nM. It demonstrates low cytotoxicity and potential for central nervous system (CNS) permeability, along with unique adaptability, rendering it a valuable tool for research into Alzheimer's disease (AD).
