Description Apamin acetate (Apamine acetate) is a selective Ca2+-activated blocker of K+ (SK) channels, an 18-amino acid peptide neurotoxin found in bee toxins.Apamin acetate enhances synapse growth and regeneration following laceration injury to cortical neurons.Apamin acetate has anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects.
In vitro Apamin acetate(0.5-2 µg/mL;24 h;HSC-T6细胞)处理有效降低了TGF-β1诱导的HSC-T6细胞中α-SMA的表达。此外,Apamin acetate处理阻止了TGF-β1诱导的p-Smad2/3和Smad4的激活。[1]
In vivo Apamin acetate(0.1 mg/kg; i.p.; 每周两次; 持续4周; C57BL/6雄性小鼠)显著减轻肝损伤并降低促炎细胞因子水平。此外,该化合物还能抑制DDC喂养小鼠中的胶原沉积、胆管上皮细胞(BEC)增生以及纤维生成基因的表达。[1]
