Description Adrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human acetate is an antagonist of calcitonin generelated peptide receptor in the hindlimb vascular bed of the cat and an adrenomedullin receptor.
In vitro Adrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human acetate(159899-65-7 Free base)能够以剂量依赖性地竞争性抑制Adrenomedullin的结合,并抑制Adrenomedullin在大鼠血管平滑肌细胞中诱导的cAMP积累。此外,Adrenomedullin (AM) (22-52), human acetate(159899-65-7 Free base)(30 nmol)能够选择性且可逆地减少对人际钙调肽基因相关肽(hCGRP)的血管舒张反应,其效果与CGRP拮抗剂类似。
