Description 4-Azido-L-phenylalanine (p-Azido-L-phenylalanine) is an amino acid derivative that acts as a photoaffinity marker and can be used to detect localized protein environments.
In vitro 在无细胞蛋白质合成(CFPS)方法中,CFPS溶液中累积的修饰可溶性超级折叠绿色荧光蛋白(sfGFP)的浓度范围为0.9至1.7 mg/mL,包括4-Azido-L-phenylalanine或p-propargyloxy-l-phenylalanine(pPaF)在内。[1]

Solubility H2O: 22.5 mg/mL (109.1 mM), when pH is adjusted to 11 with NaOH. Sonication is recommended. DMSO: 4.5 mg/mL (21.8 mM), when pH is adjusted to 3 with HCl. Sonication and heating to 80℃ are recommended.
