Sanggenon C and O inhibited NO production and iNOS expression by suppressing NF-κB activity and IκBα activation; inhibited TNF-alpha -stimulated PMN-HSC adhesion and expression of VCAM-1 by suppressing the activation of NF-kappaB. |
