Description Rhein (NSC 38629) is an anthraquinone compound extracted from Polygonaceae Rheum Officinale with anti-inflammation and antitumor activities.
In vitro 在患有糖尿病肾病的db/db小鼠体内,Rhein通过降低血浆中的胆固醇(Chol),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和ApoE和肾组织中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1),能够有效改善糖尿病肾脏病变和减轻高脂血症.
In vivo 在软骨细胞中,Rhein(35 μM)通过减少IL-1R的数量和抑制IL-1β诱导的NO产生,能够有效抑制人骨关节炎滑膜中IL-1β的合成,以及在软骨中产生作用。在早幼粒细胞白血病细胞(HL-60)中,Rhein 能够诱导细胞凋亡。
