Description Chebulinic acid is a potent inhibitor of M. tuberculosis DNA gyrase. It also can inhibit SMAD-3 phosphorylation and H+ K+-ATPase activity.
In vitro Chebulinic acid 显著抑制了HQ/Cu(II)和H(2)O(2)/Cu(II)介导的pBR322 DNA链断裂。当MRC-5细胞用HQ/Cu(II)处理时,Chebulinic acid 的存在抑制了HQ/Cu(II)介导的基因组DNA双链断裂[1]。
In vivo Chebulinic acid对KCl引起的主动脉收缩无影响,但以一种明显的非竞争方式不可逆地抑制了对苯肾上腺素的收缩反应。Chebulinic acid还抑制了大鼠主动脉对5-羟色胺和血管紧张素II的收缩反应。Chebulinic acid通过浓度依赖性方式抑制了[3H]-普唑嗪与狗主动脉微粒体膜的结合,IC50值为0.34 mmol/L。
