Description Asebogenin is a compound fractionated from Salvia miltiorrhiza with antifungal activity, inhibition of GPVI-induced platelet reactions, and inhibition of NET formation induced by pro-inflammatory stimuli.
In vitro Asebogenin抑制了一系列GPVI引发的血小板反应,并抑制了由促炎刺激引起的NETs形成。从机制上讲,Asebogenin直接干预了Syk在Tyr525/526[1]的磷酸化。
