Description 6-Diazo-5-oxo-L-nor-Leucine (L-6-Diazo-5-oxonorleucine) is an antagonist of glutaminases (Ki : 6 μM). It is an antineoplastic antibiotic produced by an unidentified species of Streptomyces from Peruvian soil.
