Description	4'-Hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxychalcone is a naturally occurring chalcone derivative from the herbal resin of the red geranium Dragon's Blood.4'-Hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxychalcone possesses a wide range of biological activities including anti-malarial, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-protozoa activity.
In vitro	4'-Hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxychalcone（化合物2）对抗P.falciparum D6和W2株，其半抑制浓度（IC50）分别为4.2μM和4.8μM。[1]
In vivo	4'-Hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxychalcone（化合物2）（160 mg/kg；口服；ICR小鼠）的半衰期为1.94小时，最大血药浓度（Cmax）为158 ng/mL，药物曝光量（AUC）为384 ng•h/mL。[1]
