Bioactivity | PNE-Lyso is a activatable fluorescent probe. PNE-Lyso can be used to detect intracellular pH and hexosaminidases with two kinds of fluorescence signals. PNE-Lyso can be used to distinguish apoptosis from necrosis through visualizing lysosome morphology. PNE-Lyso is capable of investigating the drug-induced cell death process[1]. Storage: protect from light. |
Invitro | PNE-Lyso exhibits a strong UV-vis absorption peak at 420 nm in alkaline solution[1]. When PNE-Lyso was treated with Hexs, the fluorescence intensity at 635 nm decreased and blue-shifted (λex = 530 nm), and a new remarkable fluorescence emission at 520 nm appeared (λex = 460 nm), displaying a ratiometric fluorescence signal[1]. |
