Bioactivity Laburnetin is a kind of isoflavone antibacterial agent. Laburnetin has antibacterial activity against fungi and S. vesicarium. Laburnetin intensifies the susceptibility of Methicillin (HY-121544) resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains to Methicillin. Laburnetin can be used to control pests of cultivated species[1][2][3].
Invitro Laburnetin (50 µg/mL) 抑制 S. vesicarium 的生长 (约 55 %)、S. vesicarium 菌丝体的生长 (约 60 %) 和真菌的生长 (超过 40 %)[1]。
