Bioactivity | Cy 3 Non-Sulfonated (Cyanine3) triethylamine is a cyanine (Cy) dye, and a fluorescent label with green channel for protein and nucleic acid. Cy 3 Non-Sulfonated triethylamine is a fluorescent photoproduct of Cyanine5 via photoconversion upon photoexcitation. Cy 3 Non-Sulfonated triethylamine can be used to high-density single-particle tracking in a living cell without using UV illumination and cell-toxic additives (Ex=470 nm; Em=515 nm and 565 nm nm)[1][2]. |
Invitro | Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).Labeling of Protein[2]:1. Add protein (100 μL) to Cy 3 Non-Sulfonated triethylamine in 96 black micro-well for 50 min at 37 ℃. Incubate the cells according to your normal protocol.2. Scan plate using BioTek and collect data with excitation wavelength of 470 nm, and emission wavelength of 515 nm and 565 nm. |
