Bioactivity Acridine Orange hydrochloride is a cell-penetrable nucleic acid-selective fluorescent dye. Acridine Orange hydrochloride produces orange fluorescence when it binds to ssDNA or RNA, and green fluorescence when it binds to dsDNA (Ex: 488 nM; Em: green fluorescence at 530 nm, orange fluorescence at 640 nm)[1][2][3].
Invitro Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs)[4].1. 用 Acridine Orange hydrochloride 染色细胞 (1 μM; 20 分钟; 37 ℃)。2. 用 PBS 洗涤细胞。3. 通过共聚焦激光扫描显微镜 (FV3000,Olympus) 观察细胞。
