Description TRH-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate used in in a coupled assay for TRH-degrading ectoenzyme. TRH-degrading ectoenzyme removes N-terminal pyroglutamic acid which yields His-Pro-AMC, a substrate for the coupled enzyme DPPIV.
