Description	(Thr(PO3H2)231)-Tau Peptide (225-237) also called Phosphorylated Thr231-Pro Tau. A trans-cis conversion of the pThr231-Pro232 motif has been observed during early stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Pin1 prevents the accumulation of the resulting pathogenic form of tau by reverting the isomerization.
