Description | (Sar9,Met(O2)11)-Substance P is a NK-1 receptor agonist, it exhibits the highest selectivity for NK-1 receptors in various bioassays. It evokes a concentration-dependent increase in mucus secretion and is much more potent than substance P (EC50= 1.7 · 10-⁶M). |
