Description | Prion Protein (106-126) (human) (scrambled), a scrambled sequence of the human prion protein (106-126), is an important control in the study of the biological activity of prion protein peptides. By circular dichroism, Prion Protein (106-126) (human) (scrambled) showed a random coil structure, exhibited no aggregation, and was completely degraded by incubation with proteinase K and pronase at 37°C for 30 minutes. |
