Description | Neuropeptide S (human) also called NPS (human), a neuropeptide, is a potent cognate neuropeptide S receptor (NPSR) agonist with EC50 of 9.4 nM. Neuropeptide S human can be used for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) research. It is involved in the modulation of arousal and fear responses. Lateral ventricle administration of NPS caused a significant decrease in food intake. |
