| Description | (D-Arg2)-Kyotorphin also called D-Kyotorphin, showed higher analgesic activity in rats than kyotorphin, though the analgesic actions of these diastereomeric dipeptides probably resulted from different mechanisms. Contrary to kyotorphin, only minimal modulation of the Na⁺/Cl⁻dependant opioid peptide transporter was effected by this analog. |
