Description | BIM-23042 also called (D-2-Nal5,Cys6.11,Tyr7,D-Trp8,Val10,2-Nal12)-Somatostatin-14 (5-12) amide, DC-13-217, DNal-Cys-Tyr-DTrp-Lys-Val-Cys-Nal-NH2, functions as neuromedin B receptor antagonist (IC50 = 885 ± 98 nM). It displays a > 100-fold higher selectivity for neuromedin B versus gastrin-releasing peptide receptors. |
