Description | (Asn670,Leu671)-Amyloid β/A4 Protein Precursor770 (667-676) also called (Asn670,Leu671)-APP770 (667-676), APP770 (667-676) Swedish Mutation, is a peptide substrate with the seuqnce of SEVNLDAEFR. It corresponds to the ‘Swedish’ Lys-Met/Asn-Leu (K670N/M671L) mutation of the amyloid precursor protein (APP) β-secretase cleavage site. It has been used for assaying β-secretase activity. |
