Description | Ac-Asp-Tyr(PO3H2)-Val-Pro-Met-Leu-NH2 is a short phosphotyrosine-containing peptide, it was able to compete with protein ligands for binding to SH2 domains (IC50 = 0.15 µM) and to afford starting points for SH2 domain inhibitor design. SH2 domains participate in protein tyrosine kinase (PTK)-mediated cellular signal. |
