Description 3,5-Difluorophenylacetyl-Ala-Phg-OMe also called DAPM, a cell-permeable γ-secretase inhibitor with anti-aggregation properties that dose-dependently inhibits amyloid β-protein (Aβ) secretion in 7PA2 Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells with an half-maximal inhibitory concentration of IC50 ~ 10 nM. DAPM prevents oligomer formation by selectively blocking the Aβ dimer and trimer formation at doses that allow appreciable monomer production.
