sEH inhibitor-19 (Compound (R)-14i) is an orally available soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitor with IC50 of 1.2 nM. sEH inhibitor-19 inhibits the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity in the mouse acute pancreatitis or carrageenan-induced edema model.
