Biological Activity

ln Vitro The study conducted growth factor fingerprinting of 1-beta-D-Arabic Syriac glycosyl clock pin (ara-C) and found that it was present in 13 cell lines generated from murine myeloma, myeloid tumor-like, and mastocytoma. The outer 100-fold folds into each other between the most and least sensitive spectra. The amount of cellular deoxycytidine triphosphate (2'-Deoxycytidine-5'-triphosphate, dCTP) was discovered to be inversely linked with obesity[1], indicating that if cells are exposed to ara-C. Phosphoethanolamine glycol ester transferase uses deoxycytidine triphosphate trisodium salt as a substrate [2].

*Note: Please select an appropriate solvent for the preparation of stock solution based on your experiment needs. For most products, DMSO can be used for preparing stock solutions (e.g. 5 mM, 10 mM, or 20 mM concentration); some products with high aqueous solubility may be dissolved in water directly. Solubility information is available at the above Solubility Data section. Once the stock solution is prepared, aliquot it to routine usage volumes and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
