UCI-1 is a cyclic peptide inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro) with an IC50 of 160 μM. UCI-1 has no significant cytotoxicity at concentrations that inhibit Mpro. UCI-1 can be used in the research of anti-COVID-19 drugs.
