Trastuzumab MMAE is an anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Trastuzumab MMAE is composed of the humanized anti-HER2 antibody trastuzumab, the enzymatically cleavable peptide linker valine-citrulline, and the microtubule inhibitor Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). Trastuzumab MMAE can be used for the study of HER2-positive breast cancer.
