ln Vitro Topoisomerase I inhibitor 21 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells MCF7, U251, HCT-166, A549, LOX-IMVI, SK-OV-3, ACHN, MKN28 and DU145 with EC50 <50 nM[1].
