TAT-N24 is a cell-permeable TAT peptide that acts as a p55PIK signaling inhibitor. TAT-N24 is effective against corneal neovascularization (CNV) and ocular inflammation by inhibiting the HIF-1α/NF-κB signaling pathway in corneal suture (CS). TAT-N24 also inhibits corneal neovascularization.
