SHS206 (compound 6n) is an orally active mitochondrial uncoupler that reduces hepatic triglyceride levels. SHS206 is effective in vivo in the GAN mouse model and shows inhibitory effects on metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH).
