Ramiprilat diketopiperazine (Ramipril diketopiperazine acid; Impurity K) is an impurity of Ramiprilat. Ramiprilat is the active metabolite of Ramipril and is a potent and orally active angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor.
