(Rac)-Aurora A/PKC-IN-1 (Compund 2e) is an orally active inhibitor of Aurora A and PKC (α, β1, β2 and θ) kinases. (Rac)-Aurora A/PKC-IN-1 exhibits antiproliferative activity against breast cancer cells in vitro and anti-metastatic activity in vivo.
