P315V3 is a pan-coronavirus inhibitor that inhibits SARS-CoV-2 prototype PT, Delta, BA.1, and BA.4 strains with IC50 of 10.9, 8.9, 8.6, and 2.7 nM, respectively. P315V3 exhibits cytotoxicity in Vero cells with a CC50 of 4.3 μM. P315V3 exhibits anti-infective activity in mouse models.
