NS-062 is an orally available, potent, irreversible, targeted covalent inhibitor of EGFR, showing antiproliferative effects in drug-resistant double mutant H1975 cells with an IC50 of 0.19 μM. NS-062 exhibits antitumor activity in a mouse H1975 xenograft model.
