MX69-102 (compound MX69-102) is a MDM-2/p53 inhibitor that induces MDM2 degradation, leading to p53 activation and cancer cell apoptosis. MX69-102 shows potent inhibitory effects on human MDM2-overexpressing ALL xenografts in SCID mice.
