Lenacapavir (GS-6207) sodium is a HIV-1 capsid inhibitor. Lenacapavir sodium exhibits anti-HIV activity in MT-4 cells with an EC50 of 100 pM and in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with an average EC50 of 50 pM (20-160 pM) against 23 HIV-1 clinical isolates from different subtypes.
