KS-58 is a derivative of KRpep-2d. KS-58 is an inhibitory peptide of K-Ras (G12D) that selectively binds to K-Ras. KS-58 can enter cells and block the interaction between intracellular Ras and effector proteins. KS-58 inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells and has anti-tumor activity.
