JC168 is a phenyl-based peloruside analog and a microtubule inhibitor with antiproliferative and anticancer activities. JC168 promotes tubulin polymerization, thereby interfering with microtubule dynamics and can be used to study microtubule-related diseases.

Biological Activity

ln Vitro	JC168 inhibits the proliferation of M04 cells (1 μg/mL, 4 days) and the invasion of MDA-MB231 GFP-LUC cells on type I collagen (1 μg/mL, 1 day) [1].
