JAK-IN-39 (compound 11) is a JAK inhibitor with IC50 of 0.05, 1.18, and 0.03 nM for JAK1, JAK2, and JAK3. JAK-IN-39 can inhibit the cell viability of TF-1 cells and inhibit the production of TNFα and INFγ in lymphocytes in vitro.
