Biological Activity


ln Vitro HIF-2 must be activated by HIF-2α agonist 2 (0.001-100 μM; 24 h), which has an EC50 value of 1.68 μM at a dose of 20 μM [1]. Agonist for HIF-2α 2 (0.003–20 μM; 24 hours).

Solubility (In Vivo) Solubility in Formulation 1: ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (6.01 mM) (saturation unknown) in 10% DMSO + 90% Corn Oil (add these co-solvents sequentially from left to right, and one by one), clear solution.
For example, if 1 mL of working solution is to be prepared, you can add 100 μL of 25.0 mg/mL clear DMSO stock solution to 900 μL of corn oil and mix evenly.
