HER2-targeted peptide H6F is a HER2-targeted peptide that targets breast cancer cells by binding to HER2, and its amino acid sequence is YLFFVFER. HER2-targeted peptide H6F can be coupled with the bifunctional chelator salicylamide (HYNIC) for radiolabeling with 99mTc. Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging showed that the labeled HER2-targeted peptide H6F can specifically accumulate in the HER2-positive MDA-MBA-453 tumor mouse model. HER2-targeted peptide H6F can be used for tumor molecular imaging research.

*Note: Please select an appropriate solvent for the preparation of stock solution based on your experiment needs. For most products, DMSO can be used for preparing stock solutions (e.g. 5 mM, 10 mM, or 20 mM concentration); some products with high aqueous solubility may be dissolved in water directly. Solubility information is available at the above Solubility Data section. Once the stock solution is prepared, aliquot it to routine usage volumes and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
