Glucocorticoid receptor activator 1 (Compound A) is a phenyl nitrogen heterocyclic precursor and an activator of glucocorticoid receptor (GR). Glucocorticoid receptor activator 1 can be used in inflammation research by downregulating TNF-stimulated pro-inflammatory gene expression through GR activation.
