GHP-88309 is a broad-spectrum, orally active anti-paramyxovirus agent that targets viral polymerase, interrupts viral RNA synthesis, and inhibits respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), measles virus (MeV), and canine distemper virus (CDV) with an EC50 of 0.06-1.2 μM. GHP-88309 exhibits anti-infective activity in mouse models.
