Targets ADAR1/RNA adenosine deaminase 1
ln Vitro Fludarabine-Cl has potent inhibitory effects on RNA adenosine deaminase 1 (ADAR1), and can be used to prevent and/or treat cancer or tumor related diseases caused by abnormal activity of this enzyme, especially prostate cancer, leukemia, breast cancer, multiple myeloma, lung cancer, stomach cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer.
