Biological Activity

ln Vitro In many serum-free media, fetain, or fetal bovine serum, is a crucial addition[2]. ?Fetuin is an acidic glycoprotein that consists of three O- and N-linked oligosaccharide chains. Its net negative charge is attributed to the abundance of sialic acid (N-acetylneuramine acid) in its terminal sugar residues[3].
