Additional Infomation 1-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucose is a beta-D-glucoside resulting from the formal condensation of the carboxy group of ferulic acid with the anomeric hydroxy group of beta-D-glucose. It has a role as an antioxidant and a plant metabolite. It is a beta-D-glucoside, a cinnamate ester, a member of phenols and an aromatic ether. It is functionally related to a ferulic acid.
1-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucose has been reported in Camellia sinensis, Ligustrum obtusifolium, and other organisms with data available.

*Note: Please select an appropriate solvent for the preparation of stock solution based on your experiment needs. For most products, DMSO can be used for preparing stock solutions (e.g. 5 mM, 10 mM, or 20 mM concentration); some products with high aqueous solubility may be dissolved in water directly. Solubility information is available at the above Solubility Data section. Once the stock solution is prepared, aliquot it to routine usage volumes and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
