FLT3-ITD-IN-2 (Compound A1) is an inhibitor of FLT3-ITD kinase with IC50 of 2.12 nM. FLT3-ITD-IN-2 inhibits the proliferation of FLT3-dependent human AML cell line MOLM-13 with IC50 of 25.65 nM. FLT3-ITD-IN-2 has antitumor effects on acute myeloid leukemia.
