Euphjatrophane M (Compound 6) is a FOXO1 inhibitor that reduces NF-κB p65 phosphorylation and has anti-inflammatory activity. Euphjatrophane M inhibits the production of nitric oxide and also suppresses the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-1β, and TNFα in RAW 264.7 macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
